YOUTH HOCKEY, OPEN PRACTICES FEATURED DURING U.S.-CANADA WOMEN’S HOCKEY RIVALRY SERIES WEEK

HENDERSON (December 10, 2022) – Special youth hockey events and open practices for the United States Women’s National Team will lead up to the Rivalry Series game on Thursday, December 15 at 7 p.m. PT at The Dollar Loan Center. Tickets for Thursday’s game are available now at AXS.com.

The following schedule includes team practices and other special events planned for the week as the world’s best women’s hockey players come to the Las Vegas Valley:

Monday, Dec. 12

2:50 p.m. PT: United States practice, Lifeguard Arena
4 p.m. PT: Girls Open Skate with Chance and VGK Cast, Lifeguard Arena (free and open to the public; pre-register here)
5 p.m. PT: Youth Hockey Parent Panel, presented by USA Hockey, Lifeguard Arena (invitation only)
6:20 p.m. PT: Vegas Jr. Golden Knights Girls Skills Clinic with members of Team USA, Lifeguard Arena (invitation only)

Tuesday, Dec. 13

12:30 p.m. PT: United States practice, Lifeguard Arena
7:30 p.m. PT: Girls Try Hockey for Free event, City National Arena (pre-registration required; event is at capacity)

Wednesday, Dec. 14

12:30 p.m. PT: United States practice, Lifeguard Arena

Thursday, Dec 15

7 p.m. PT: United States vs. Canada, The Dollar Loan Center

For Thursday’s game, the Vegas Golden Knights purchased a ticket for every registered girl in the team’s youth hockey programming – from the NHL Learn to Play program through the travel Vegas Jr. Golden Knights teams. Those girls will be seated along the glass in the end where the United States shoots twice.

Postgame, all fans in attendance will have the opportunity to get autographs from members of the U.S. team on the main concourse.

Fans will have the opportunity to purchase 52/48 Raffle tickets on Thursday at the game or online (must be 18 or older and in the state of Nevada). The winner will receive 52% of the pot, with 48% benefitting the Henderson Silver Knights Foundation.
