Mike Davis was named the first general manager and head coach of the Vegas Knight Hawks in late August. Since then he has assembled a roster and a staff and done countless other tasks to prepare the Knight Hawks for their IFL debut a week from today. Here are his favorite things about his team’s new home.
1. Attention to Detail
“There doesn’t seem to be anything that wasn’t thought out in advance. Every detail was considered – there is nothing like it anywhere else that we play.”
2. The Underneath
“The locker rooms and facilities for our players are beautiful. As nice as the public spaces in the facility are, the parts people won’t see are just as spectacular.”
3. The Craggy Range
“I’m going to be a regular in the restaurant. The convenience of having the Craggy Range right there can’t be beat. Knowing that we work crazy hours, it’s going to be nice to be able to run and grab something and get right back to work.”
